A promise is nothing without its keepers.

Birmingham Promise will have served over 2,000 Birmingham City Schools seniors by the end of 2025. We have provided nearly $15M in scholarships and provided 400 students with paid internships. We take our fundraising seriously, as every dollar counts towards a student's success. 

YOUR IMPACT IN PERSPECTIVE

$50 can help a Promise Scholar engage more deeply with the supports offered by our initiatives and network of student success coaches across the state.

$500 can keep an emergency from derailing a Promise Scholar in college through our student support fund.

$5,000 can pay for a year of college, transforming a Promise Scholar's life forever.

$50,000 can provide 1,000 hours of coaching and supports to 100 Promise Scholars.

We strive to ensure that every dollar raised for Birmingham Promise goes to high-impact, student centered activities and outcomes. Our partners trust us to steward these funds effectively, and we design our budget and spending priorities accordingly.
